A Home Supervsior will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operatives of the relief services and to ensure that the resources to meet the identified needs are available.
Major responsibilites will include:
1. Supervisor relief staff in a home envioronment
2. Hire to meet caseload needs following Agency process
3. Manage a five bed relief home for adults with dual-diagnosis
4. Within caseload, monitor service compliance to Creating Excellence Together (CET) Standards, Agency Policy and Procedures, adherence to Agency philosphy and quality service provision
5. Oversee to ensure quality employee orientations have occurred, and train staff in service models to assure actualization of Agency philosophy, policies and procedures, invluding Health and Safety policies and procedures
6. Facilitate the implementation of client profiles and support plans and monitor/evaluate outcomes following service provision
7. Assess and determine support requirements and provide support to each relief client. Listen, address, follow up, and document employee concerns and review concerns with Relief Services Coordinator.
8. Facilitate teamwork in this model. Regularly talk to clients, guardians, and other support services involved to assess service satisfaction. Adress concerns and facilitates resolution to concerns in consultation with the Relief Services Coordinator.
9. Responsible for on-call duties.
10. Complete other adinistrative responsibilities as scheduled (e.g., review financial invoicing monthly, assure client profiles are updated, ensure guardian authorizations are completed and tracked) |
