Home Supervisor Positions

General responsibilities: Home Supervisors provide frontline support to individuals in a home setting. This involves helping the individuals in areas to domestic (ie meal preparation & cleanup; laundry) and personal care. You may also be required to provide support with behavioral challenges / emotional problems. Ability to work and communicate well within a team environment. Ability to work with families. Documentation as needed.

In addition, supervisors provide support to staff in the home through orientation and ongoing support and supervision. Supervisors also complete some administrative responsibilities: scheduling, timesheet review, etc.

Typical requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Education in Human Services preferred. Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability preferred. Experience providing supports to individuals needed. Good verbal ( receptive and expressive ) and written English language skills needed.

Wage: Wages based on experience and education.

HS3	Glamorgan SW	M-F 2pm-10pm	the successful candidate will be energetic, have strong leadership skills, will be willing to do recreation activities with the clients, will have good communication skills, be proactive and organized. applicant must also be willing to complete personal care, have a vehicle and have experience with behaviours and mental health.
