Position:
Residential Supervisor
Hours:
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm (On-call rotation also required) – May also need to have some flexibility from time to time.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in human services required.
Three years supervisory experience
Experience working with developmental disabilities. Experience with dual diagnosis / complex needs individuals preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Maintain compliance to all agency mandatory training requirements
Manage all job responsibilities effectively, within required time lines
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work well with a team environment
Responsibilities:
The Residential Supervisor will manage a caseload of approximately 12 clients, and is responsible for the delivery of quality, specialized client services in accordance to Supported Lifestyles Ltd. mission, philosophy, agency and position standards, and Code of Ethics. Reporting to the Residential Services Director, this position will organize, monitor and evaluate service delivery outcomes in consultation with front line staff and/or staffing teams, psychologists and guardians. Additional responsibilities include supervision of staff, significant time spent directly observing and monitoring service provision, developing funding proposals, monitoring staffing budgets, community liaison, participation in service area strategic planning, agency task forces and committees.
Wages:
$39,561.60 Per Year

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
The Support Approach Consultant utilizes their highly developed behavioral intervention skills to provide short-term intense support for the development and implementation of intervention plans that facilitate the optimal functioning of individuals with complex needs in their families and/or in the community. With the guidance of qualified Psychologist and Director/Associate Director, the Consultant supports individuals and their teams through advocacy, skill training and community education. Support Approach Consultants also support community members and organizations to develop best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
