Position: Residential Supervisor Hours: 40 Hours per week Qualifications: 2 years residential supervisory experience with adults who have developmental disabilities. Degree or diploma in Human Services. Responsibilities: Supervise a caseload of approx. 12 adults. Facilitate, coordinate, and monitor home living plans and support needs. Shared on-call responsibility. Supervise support staff (Hire, orientate; support, evaluate). Complete funding reports and reviews. Front line work as needed. Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
